Application Tip: Lightly dip the eye liner brush into the cream liner pot. For the most precise application, dab off any excess product on the back of your hand, using it as a palette. If you don’t have a steady hand, draw three dashes along your lash line—outer corner, middle, and inner corner. Then, go back and connect the dashes.
