No flyaways!
In an effort to rid ourself of damaged ends and streamline our morning styling routine, we recently chopped 5 inches off our hair leaving only a chin-length bob. It takes forever to blow-dry long hair and ours was looking rather lackluster and slightly fried from the hot appliances we subjected it to each morning.
While the haircut solved our damaged-ends issue, our hair still looked dull and drab and in desperate need of revival.
BIOLAGE Shielding Shine Mist, a lightweight no-hold spray, saved us. We spray this on our styled hair in the morning and it instantly adds a healthy looking sheen while protecting from the sun and the environment. In addition to glossy shine, this product also keeps color from fading.
Of course, we still need a deep conditioning treatment, but thanks to our shiny hair, nobody has to know that.

I found condition masks by System Professional to work REALLY well. In short, my naturally straight black hair is now curled (through a permanent perm), bright red, and highlighted. I do wash my hair everyday, and I blow dry my hair most of the time with a diffuser.
My stylist told me to use a small dollop of this once a week. My hair is still soft and doesn’t look damaged at all.
Oh, I color my hair every 6 weeks, and highlight every 12 weeks, so I go great lengths to keep my hair hydrated and healthy.
OOh I found the link to the product:

Hope you try it out! Let me know how it works for you.
For a styling product that gives you shine (without grease), I like Prive’s shine serum to work pretty well. http://www.priveproducts.com/product/index.taf?_function=finishing

I just got this, and love the way it shines up my dull-colored hair!

I’m always on the search for something that will keep my daughter’s curls in check, this might be worth checking out, because she does love a glossy shine to her hair.
Thanks!
